Goldy is available for adoption.
She is 1 year old and weighs 8 lbs. Her adoption fee is $700.00. Goldy has grown in leaps in bounds! Coming into rescue as a very young puppy, she has learned many new things in her time with us. She has mastered basic commands such as sit, stay and come. She’s so smart! She loves walking on a leash and loves being outdoors and would stay out all day if we would let her. She is a friendly and playful pup and great with other dogs and people. She is such a quick learner and is determined to achieve her goals. She eats well and sleeps through the night. Goldy will need an active family, with another young dog in the house that likes to play. A fenced yard is a must. She is spayed and up to date on all her vaccines. Goldy was born with her hind leg damaged at birth. She was just re-evaluated at a specialty hospital to see what, if anything, should be done with her leg. The really great news is nothing should be done. She loves long walks, she runs, she jumps and in no way is this a hindrance, and it doesn't stop her from being just perfect! She is just the best little girl with the golden curls.

It is sad but true that people overwhelming demand very young dogs when they would be infinitely happier with a mellow adult.
