I'm a little scared because I've never known anyone but my last daddy but promise to trust and love you if you give me the chance. I am semi-housebroken, 8.8 lbs and get along well with my foster brothers and sisters. Mostly, though, I just like to be held. Do you have a warm lap for me to sit on? Don't be afraid of my age (13 years), I am just as lovable (if not more) than when I was 3.Murphy's adoption donation is $100Can you help us to Save A Yorkie by clicking on the donate button below? We have taken in so many senior dogs and their vet bills are higher than the young dogs that we rarely get. Please help us to help them get a second chance!Save A Yorkie Rescue is a non-profit organization operating on donations only.? Please help our cause by clicking on the Paypal button below.? Generosity is appreciated!?KEEP THESE FACTS IN MIND: 1. Yorkies do not get along well with small children. 2. Yorkies are very difficult (nearly impossible) to housebreak. 3. You will NOT find a puppy in Yorkie Rescue. 4. It is rare for us to get a FEMALE into rescue. 5. We do not adopt to anyone over the age of 75. 6. There is no such thing as a tea cup Yorkie so don't be misled by such a description. LEARN about the breed BEFORE you adopt. Adoption donations range from $150-$450 depending on the health, age and size of the dog. ALL money goes to pay the vet bills of our dogs - the younger, healthier ones pay for the old and sick. We prefer homes in the PA and NJ areas but do consider homes in the nearby surrounding states. Please help by donating your tax deductible donations. OR mail your check or money order to YOUR generosity is appreciated! Young Yorkies will have a higher adoption donation since they are the most highly sought after and they help to cover the costs of the older dogs who have a harder time finding a loving home. It is sad but true that people overwhelming demand very young dogs when they would be infinitely happier with a mellow adult. ADOPTION AREA Save A Yorkie Rescue prefers to adopt only in the PA, NJ, western NY, DE, MD, VA, some CT area's. If you are in the NYC area or near Long Island, there is a Yorkie Rescue closer to you. |
